Our philosophy is based on the continuous improvement of our operations.

Founded in 1985, Servicios Especializados Silviano Julio S.A. of C.V. began recycling solvents from automotive plants in the state of Puebla. Over time, new eco-focused processes and specialized services were developed and implemented, such as the Integral Management of Industrial Waste, and other industrial, janitorial, and logistical services.

We are committed to complying with and exceeding all environmental, safety, and quality legislations for the protection of the environment, our employees, and society. We are a company specializing in comprehensive cleaning management, general maintenance, and special and hazardous waste management services. Integrated Policy on Social Responsibility, Human Rights, and Working Conditions

At Servicios Especializados Silviano Julio S.A. de C.V., we reaffirm our commitment to protecting and respecting the human rights and working conditions of our employees. This commitment is based on the International Bill of Human Rights, a set of instruments proclaimed by the United Nations and adopted in the national legislation of many countries
With the aim of guaranteeing the well-being of our employees and promoting responsible practices, we have implemented a Social Responsibility Management System based on the SA 8000:2014 standard. This policy covers all the organization's activities and includes the following commitments:

Prohibition of Child Labor. At servicios Especializados Silviano Julio S.A. de C.V., child labor is neither permitted nor tolerated. We define child labor as any work performed by people under the age of 18, in accordance with national and international laws.

Prohibition of Forced Labor. We are committed to not using forced labor in any of its forms, including slavery, human trafficking, or involuntary labor.

Freedom of Association and collective bargaining. We respect and promote employees’ right to freedom of association and to engage in collective bargaining in a legal and peaceful manner, without retaliation, threats, or dismissals.

In addition, we respect the legal working hours, ensuring adequate rest periods, with daytime, mixed, and nighttime shifts as applicable.
